
Chicken Meatballs
Tender oven-baked chicken meatballs with garlic, parsley and paprika, easy to portion and serve with different sides.

Ingredients
- 600 gGround chicken
- 1Egg
- 60 gBreadcrumbs
- 60 gOnion, finely grated
- 2 pieceGarlic, cloves
- 15 gParsley
- 1 tspPaprika, sweet
- 1 tspSalt
- ½ tspBlack pepper
- 15 mlCooking oil

Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C conventional / 180°C fan. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Overall cooking time: 20–25 minutes.
Combine the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt and black pepper.
Mix only until combined. Overmixing can make the meatballs denser.
Shape approximately 20 meatballs, about 35–40 g each.
Arrange them on the tray with a little space between them. Lightly brush or spray with the oil.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the centre reaches 74°C.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving or storing.
Storage
Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Reheat leftovers thoroughly to an internal temperature of 74°C / 165°F.
